Parkwood is a one of a kind community which offers incentives for park residents. We offer new manufactured homes at a discounted price along with incentives. Understanding that both the maintenance and improvements of one’s home can be costly, Parkwood offers to share costs with its residents in the following areas:
- Skirting: for residents who would like to install new skirting, ParkWood pays 50% of the total cost and offers to finance the residents’ portion of their cost with low, interest free, monthly payments.
- Fencing: with prior approval, ParkWood will assist residents by paying 20% of the total cost of fencing.
- Pressure washing: ParkWood pays 50% of the home pressure washing cost.
- Trees: ParkWood offers its residents the opportunity purchase and have a tree planted on their lots at the very low cost.
